Encompassing 32,000 sqft across the basement, street level, and conservation buildings, the entirety shapes the South Beach mixed-use
development. An outstanding feature of this development is the South Beach facade, a collaborative eff ort that integrated LED strips within
the vertical profi les. Each LED strip exhibits a dynamic white transition, spanning from 2700K to 5000K towards the top.
Complying with city regulations, the lower levels of the facade are designed to follow a warm white tone.
